At Escalade Sports, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original boxing.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
